about the exhibition

when i want to change to be better or grow in some way, i look at my thoughts.

"what do i want to become?”

once that's clear, i ask, "what do i believe now that's holding me back from becoming that person? what new thoughts or beliefs will help me change?"

once those answers are clear, i practice awareness to witness the old thoughts when they come in and remind myself that i don't believe that anymore, that this new thought is actually more aligned. these repetitions over time will help solidify a new default mode of perception.

like operating systems that update to the latest versions, we need both space and intention to download new ways of thinking. to grow new habits, we must replace what we used to do with something that serves us.
